is the difference between unused and refurbished telephone
equipment?
Unused telephones and systems have never been used, and are still in
their original packaging with their original documentation.
We regularly buy
out of service equipment from companies that have traded in,
outgrown, or are downsizing their systems and wish to sell their
excess equipment. All equipment we receive is then fully tested and
completely refurbished to a like new condition.
We back both our
unused and refurbished equipment with a one-year warranty against
defects.
Is
refurbished equipment reliable?
Yes. All the refurbished equipment we sell is fully tested by
trained technicians, and then completely refurbished until it looks
and performs like new. All of our equipment is backed by our
one-year warranty against defects.
What
is Mastor Telecom’s standard warranty?
All of our equipment comes with a one-year warranty against defect.
If a product should fail, Mastor Telecom will advance replace the
equipment within the first 90 days.
How
quickly does Mastor Telecom ship my order?
Most orders placed before 3:00 pm CST
will ship the same
day.

does the design and configuration work, when necessary?
When you call us to place your order, our sales team will help you
by designing the best telephone system to meet your particular
needs. We have a team of trained specialized installment technicians
that are available around the country to configure your system upon
installation.
